Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having them flush and descale our tankless water heater, and at a price that is unbeatable!

Serviced previously purchased Carrier Unit. Kept trying to sell the maintenance package then of course had recommendations for cleansing inside unit motor and coils at an exorbitant cost ( cheaper and if you have maintenance plan) The real reason for service was a Gree split unit not cooling. After a considerable amount of time he determined it likely needs refrigerant but didn’t have the adapter on the truck. When they return, he has to find out why. Must be a leak needing additional repairs????
