He did a great job. Checked the inside and outside units. Explained what could go wrong with outside unit, capacitor and contactors. Give me a estimate I approved and he replaced the two. Explained what he did. Checked everything to see that it was replaced or screws were tightened up. Set the thermostat, Double checked. Signed the tablet multiple times. He thanked me and I thanked him for the great service. Said we would see someone come heating season. He left for his next job.
