We paid $11,750 for a brand new AC unit on March 17. From day one, the follow-up has been a complete mess. No one checked in after install. I had to call myself. When someone finally came out, they didn’t even realize the filter hadn’t been installed. He was confused and said someone would call me the next day. No one did. The filter issue wasn’t fixed until March 21. Then, on June 26, that brand new unit stopped working. The tech said it was leaking and a part needed to be ordered. To expensive for a soft unplugging of bathroom toilets not only that I was told analyzing fees would be dropped but was told by technician that fees was included which brought the price to nearly five hundred dollars and all he did was put on gloves n walked around the house ..sad to say I felt he was trying to scam me ..

The Tech was able to tell me what my main issue was although the company doesn't do the type of work needed. He also replaced a part on the outside unit.
Tell the fellows that worked very hard to get ours system in that their efforts rated 10 Stars. The system worked well and it cools great! Thank all of the technicians again. You have great people working for you all.
The 3 technicians were really excellent. They worked very hard and explained what they were doing all through the day. They deserve a 10 stars. Thanks for getting our home cooled off. Our dogs are sleeping quietly as well.
The technician was very informative about my options. He explained what my main issue was but unfortunately the company doesn't do the type of work I needed. While here he replaced a part on my outside unit that needed to be changed out. Overall happy with the service received.
I had to get someone else to fix the leak. The technician could not locate it.
