I called at 10 am to book an appointment for same day visit. Booked for 2pm. I was in and out in a matter of 40 minutes. I went in speaking Spanish only to see the quality of treatment for us Latinos!! Man was the service AMAZING. Glad to know that there are still professionals out there treating my people right!! This is a clinic. I visited when my Pedi was not accomodating after my child turned 18 and lossing my private insurance. I found the Dr extremely helpful and willing to assist. A referal was issued for my son and in the meantime the Rx wss sent to the pharmacy. I provided all the information for this transition from private to a clinic and will use them again. It was eady to get in for a visit and the hours area accomodating.

Very unprofessional. Strange clinic with a doctor who does not listen at all. I just needed a simple prescription filled. Dr. Toro either didn't listen or just failed completely. No prescriptions were called in. I tried to contact the office for days, the front desk just hangs up on you and the answering service has no idea what to do. Good thing my prescription wasn't critical because I got ZERO!! Very unsettling and bizarre. I'm not sure what's going on at that place but it's not medical care.

This place deserves less than a star. Do not come here if you are sick or need immediate treatment because all they give you is a doctors note and tell you to buy medicine at Walmart. I came letting know what my symptoms are that I taken flu and Covid test twice and all came back negative, regardless of me saying that the unprofessional doctor said " it must be a false negative " and you have Covid. Be careful bringing your children to this facility. They have tried to vaccinate my kids even though they had already been vaccinated and never asked me a thing. Just brought needles into the room so of course I asked what they were for and thank God I did. The physicians don't know how to properly covey information and if u ask them a question good luck getting a correct answer out of them. Getting someone on the phone to schedule an appointment or handle prescription issues is rare. Then when someone does answer, they are always putting you on hold for long periods of time. When you go into the office... The young ladies at the receptionist window are rude, when you come to check in for your appointment. The ladies also don't communicate well with each other, so messages or things aren't relayed to you, your doctor or the pharmacy correctly. I went for a Covid test at 8am and they tested me for the flu and strep as well. It turns out I only had Strep, and the doctor told me she would call in my prescription. I have been calling the rest of the day trying to get someone to send my prescription to my pharmacy and they either haven't answered or told me they would take care of it and they haven't. This place sucks, they overcharge you, they don't diagnose you correctly and it's kids running the place. Not sure how they're still open. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I had bloodwork and lab results done 3 weeks ago. They told me they would upload my results soon but it's been 3 weeks now. I call the lab and clinic everyday to ask when it'll be uploaded but I am constantly bounced around and put on hold until I hit a wall and am transferred to a voicemail. I have no idea why it's taking them so long and I've grown irritated with waiting.
