Always a pleasurable experience, even when in pain and not feeling well. The staff is always nice and down to earth. Doc is caring and listens closely to you. When unforeseen circumstances arise they all pitch it to do their best to accommodate you. I appreciate each and everyone at this Urgent Care.
Such a good office. I had some issues with my insurance during my visit today and the Office Manager worked with me to make sure that I was seen today, because she knew I did not feel well. (Turns out I have Strep!) The staff and providers are kind and listen. I highly recommend them for urgent visits or as a primary. I will now be seeing Kasey as my primary provider.
My son had a double ear infection and had an appointment for tubes but it wasn’t for another 3 weeks. Dr. Kumar called and spoke with his ENT and was able to get the appointment sooner. Very nice staff at this office.

Staff is super friendly & listen to my needs. From the front desk to doctor everyone was concerned about me. I didn’t have an appointment so I had to wait a lil bit 45 min but nothing like hours at other urgent care places I have been to in past. The lobby is clean as well as the exam room & parking lot Will definitely be back
