AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Family nurse practitioner sherene galabeas was really informative and nice with my baby boy she was also patient with him. MA Itza is so sweet she did a great job keeping my son calm while taking his vitals. Overall great friendly staff would definitely come back.

The front office is always so nice!! and my baby's doctor S.G is the very best when it comes to her care and just kind !!

Staff was friendly, they were able to schedule us and get us in quickly. The practitioner was communicative and it didn't feel rushed at all. Was able to get some vaccines and a check up in less than two hours. All in all not a bad experience.

Please read before making an appt here. This was only our second visit at this clinic, and the front desk receptionists appear to be irritated with their jobs and have an unwelcoming manner. In my opinion, I don't find it professional when they speak loudly to you about your appt as if they're talking to the whole waiting room. I have observed this with myself and with other patients in the waiting room. I am never one to leave reviews but i am so glad this is not my home location for my daughter. Had to get seen just for some small allergy concerns for my daughter along with some other things i mentioned at this appointment. Front desk was terribly rude. The nurse practitioner i saw was rushing the entire appointment which i get she has other patients but at least act like you are caring for my daughter. Front desk was very condescending upon check out. Just a terrible environment. Don't recommend it here.

Dr. Akintunde-horrible bedside manner. There is a way you speak to patients and deliver a message, especially when you are dealing with minor children.

The doctor was actually very good. Well mannered, attentive, and answered all questions. It's the actual model, or service system they have that's pathetic. I think I've called 17 times, and actually got an actual person on the phone once. Took my son for a well visit on a Monday. They didn't have his immunizations, and we were informed it was because the refrigeration system was down. Was told they would callback in a few days once they had them. I endured taking my son to get his prescriptions refilled for 12 months at the Alamo Ranch office and 11/12 times they screwed it up. You can't even call to get it fixed because the office doesn't answer their phone. Instead, you get a third party answering service for MD Pediatrics who can only relay messages but can't help you. Alamouie Pediatrics has gone down the toilet since MD Pediatrics, bought them out. At the Alamo Ranch office, they can't even send lab paperwork to their contracted lab electronically.
