I highly recommend Dr. Hart! She took her time with us, made sure we understood everything and printed out some research for us to review and read. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! The staff was great as well!
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with happy smiling faces. Extremely friendly and great staff! My son and I definitely recommend this Dr's office. Wait was not long at all!
Almouie's was my first choice when we first moved to San Antonio because it had weekend and holiday hours. A few months later it changed and now all the offices are 8-5 (that's the only reason for the 4 stars). That's my only issue, however, I still take my daughter there. The Helotes office staff and drs are awesome and the customer service is great. We enjoy the colorful animal murals and the child friendly atmosphere. The separate sick/well waiting rooms is a plus!
I was at the clinic today because my 18month old daughter had a huge rash on her hip. It was referred to me by a friend after I had a very unpleasant experience at another clinic. Anyways, I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone, from front desk and the medical personnel is super courteous, professional and extremely efficient. The atmosphere was just super pleasant and friendly. They took me in within 10-15 minutes. The doctor was amazing, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. My 8 month daughter had a check up today. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The office is new and has a wellness area and a sick area as you go in on both sides. My appointment was right on time to be seen. Although was seen by a nurse practitioner he was very informative and willing to answer any concerns that I had. I was happy about the care my daughter received overall. I would highly recommend this pediatric office to others.
By far one of the worst pediatrics I've ever went to. Every single time my children have an appointment. We wait upwards of hours just to be seen by a pediatrician every single time we are waiting there is nobody in the office. The office is empty and the doctors are just sitting. They're not doing anything. I definitely recommend going to the location off of Babcock.

Dr jeremy is great but even with appt u wait 1 to 2 hrs after that time to be seen...so why have an appt time...there slow
Taken my kid here and wait times are awful l. There's been a number of times where we were called back soon after arriving only to wait over hour in the exam room. Most times when we are there, there is maybe one other person in the waiting room or no one and still takes forever.
