I've been coming here with my kids for years & everyone is so nice we always in & out Dr.Saad has been my kids provider for three years she's the best totally will continue to come here.

So far have taken my two daughters here and no complaints thus far. They do covid tests which is awesome my 2 year old wasn't having it but glad she was negative and they were definitely patient with her. Staff is friendly make sure if you stop by for some care you make an appointment ahead of time they take walk ins but there wait is usually super long

I love this clinic the services was fast and the staff was super helpful and friendly , the provider was really paying attention to my Concerns and answered all my questions . I will definitely go back ..

This by far is the worst medical group ever (MD Medical Group, ie MD Kids, Mi Doctor, etc). This group should take a hard look at their staff to understand all of the bad reviews. I've been answered by the call center many times. They take messages and send them to the scheduling department. Then the call is never returned because the message is sent to the wrong place. Service is horrible customer service never answered and from the dr . Kimberly I never heard anything from results of bloodwork and ultrasound that my son is getting done more then a week a go . Nobody call me and tell me results. And I try to call and they horrible on the front dask plus on top of that ... They don't have good professional person for doing Bloodwork it's unprofessional and missing vain all the time. My son has pain in. His arm for a week after they draw blood on him . Absolutely the worst place, they do not care at all if your kid is sick but they do care about their time and money, Please take you kids somewhere else if you love them.

HORRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT!!! HOWEVER AFTER SAYING SOMETHING THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY WERE FUCKING UP. Even with a 8am appointment , being the 1st client of the day (05/13/2021), their time management sucks and this is still happening even after COVID-19 first started (don't get it twisted). I wasn't seen until 8:20am with no other patients waiting in the lobby or in their cars outside. The nurse confirmed after being asked that they were ALL late . HORRIBLE SERVICE. I reported this clinic and the physician assistant who attended my son. The place is a joke. They don't care! They make you wait on the phone for 30 mins or even more. I have called more than 5 times in the last 2 days for a referral that i asked the physician assistant to request. She was hesitant and to my guess she didn't request it. Even with an appointment Longest wait time ever! 1.5 hrs. Before going to room then wait more for doctor. This was not a one time issue, it happened 3 visits in a row. Very unorganized, was called up 3 times to the desk for one reason or another. And pages of documents to fill out ever 6 months to update their files.
