I love this place! Carli is the best! My daughter would run really high fevers once a month, we went to so many doctors trying to figure out what was wrong with her and they would all say it was a virus. Finally Carli was the only one that suggested for her tonsils to be removed and it it did the trick! After a little more than a year of running to the ER my baby was finally better! Now every time we go we specifically ask for Carli!

Extremely unprofessional my 2 year old daughter has been sick for more than a week i finally get an appointment and I bring her into the doctor on Monday only to get prescribed something that was changed by previous doctor because it has not worked in the past I called after receiving meds from the pharmacy front reception tells me the doctor is busy and will call me back! I been coming here for years but now its not the best the wait is so horrible and for it to being a kids clinic they are not up to date with the restrooms there dirty and they have no hand soap and in the offices they have no hand sanitizer. I will be looking for a new clinic to take my child to.

Had to reschedule due to the wait can't believe they only do appointments and don't take walk ins but you have to wait more than 2hrs to be called in. Even to be check in you have to wait 30mins in line. The place is a mess and is frustrating to have to wait there with no tv shows for the kids. Was only going for well check

I had to wait an hour to get checked in even though I had an appointment. I missed my appointment for waiting in line. The worst part was seen other individual in the front not jumping in to help out. After that I still had to wait close to two hours for my son to see the doctor. This ridiculous, I have never experienced this before. This need to change or get a better system on checking in patients.

Do not come to this doctors office! I felt very discriminated against. They call all the Hispanics first and leave any African Americans waiting for hours in the lobby. I have experienced this treatment on multiple occasions and witnessed others receiving the same treatment. They constantly switch doctors, you will never see the same doctor, you fill paperwork out they won't even do what they are supposed to do with the paperwork, it just gets lost. Practitioner wrongfully expressed their unsupported OPINION that my child seemed autistic. They then began to apologize saying, "oh my she has to be autistic". Aside from the fact that this office never give you the same practitioner(because no one is an actual doctor), this practitioner thought to comment that she thought my daughter was autistic. Do not come here for Covid testing! Go to CityDoc! their program and process here is absolutely ridiculous and you will be waiting in line for upwards to 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Extremely rude they close 2 hours before time Security guys lies about close time so we can live, and we call inside they come out and talk to the security guy and he was mad with us
