I love Leslie Hardin she is the best and listens to my concerns and makes sure all my questions are answered. Staff is super friendly and appointment wait has gotten so much better.

We have been clients for 4 years now. We could not have asked for better providers. Yes, even if we're seen by a NP or a PA the care given to our child has always been A-1. We love the hours, days of operations and the on-site RX. They are very accommodating with last minute appointments, and urgent matters. As, a first time parent MD Kids settles my worries, answers all my questions and ensures that I understand all that has taken place during our visit. I have been bringing my kids to this office for over 2 years now. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. The staff is great and I can't express how patient the Doctors and Nurses are with their patients. I recently came in for a follow up for my daughter and "Rebecca" just exuded greatness. Her level of expertise, professionalism and willingness to help...went above and beyond. The only thing I would say is the wait can sometimes be long but come Prepared. worst experience from this doctor VI virtual I don't even know how she got a license. Her name is Joanna Allison. My daughter was feeling really bad. I was two hours waiting and she never sent nothing to my daughter. What are this appointment of a doctor? I don't know why she got a license and why she's still there. This is the second review I've made about the staff members at but MD Kid's on 655 W Illinois Ave Building 200 Ste 216, Dallas, TX 75224 is a joke along with the staff. In my opinion, MD kids pediatrics doctors have very poor communication skills. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. The doctor didn't seem to care about what my thoughts were in the care in my daughter's next steps in wellness. Then the clinic changed names and doctors without notifying me. So I was stuck for a moment with this clinic. I would not recommend this clinic. Also, clinic wait time in a room can be very lengthy.

I loved coming to this office because my baby was born with a cleft and his hospital doctor referred him to Dr Angles. I waited almost 3 hours for a simple check up, ridiculous. People came in left and I was still sitting there. I love the doctors here but the nurses don't give a fuck. Never returning to this place. They clearly didn't care I had a job to go to after I told them multiple times.

The WORST!!!! Please do not take your kids here. So unorganized. Never the same "doctor." Doesn't have a nurse line anymore. You will wait 2 hours plus for your appt even when you schedule it weeks in advance and wait with a room full of parents in the same position. This is a SORRY EXCUSE FOR A PEDIATRICS OFFICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
