I called to check for vacancies. There were a few 2 bedrooms available. I inquired about rent prices, deposit, and application fee's. I was told that the deposit was based on your income that would be presented on the initial application. I was then further told that my income had to be 3* the annual rent of the unit that I would be applying for. The prices for a 2 bedroom is as follows: $2,505.00 That would mean that I would have to have an annual income of $90,180.00 That is ridiculous for a two bedroom apartment with a... read more
Very nice apartments. Helpful leasing staff they answered all of the many questions my parents and I had. No issues with moving in and the apartment was in excellent shape on move I. Day.
My son suggested Meadow Creek when I decided I wanted to move from Austin, TX to be closer to him and his wife. After viewing the website, I was interested, but wanted more information. Tim took the time to show my son and daughter-in-law around while they Face-timed me so I could see what they were seeing. It was enough to convince me to make the move. I’ve been here almost two years and love the staff, the positive Facebook group, and the peace and tranquility. But, to be honest, I mostly love my view!
This community is very expensive and extremely unprofessional. If you live here, you have the option to join a Facebook group. They censor all posts. If you have issues, they are not fixed. I have not had heat/air for over a month in the winter and they are only concerned for profit. If you need to talk to management, it is very difficult. I would suggest talking to people in the community prior to moving in. I DO NOT recommend renting from this establishment.
Great location - beautiful scenery. I most appreciate the cleanliness of the apartments and community upon arrival. I made the right choice choosing Meadow Creek Apartments.
