My son suggested Meadow Creek when I decided I wanted to move from Austin, TX to be closer to him and his wife. After viewing the website, I was interested, but wanted more information. Tim took the time to show my son and daughter-in-law around while they Face-timed me so I could see what they were seeing. It was enough to convince me to make the move. I’ve been here almost two years and love the staff, the positive Facebook group, and the peace and tranquility. But, to be honest, I mostly love my view!
This community is very expensive and extremely unprofessional. If you live here, you have the option to join a Facebook group. They censor all posts. If you have issues, they are not fixed. I have not had heat/air for over a month in the winter and they are only concerned for profit. If you need to talk to management, it is very difficult. I would suggest talking to people in the community prior to moving in. I DO NOT recommend renting from this establishment.
Very nice apartments. Helpful leasing staff they answered all of the many questions my parents and I had. No issues with moving in and the apartment was in excellent shape on move I. Day.
Great location - beautiful scenery. I most appreciate the cleanliness of the apartments and community upon arrival. I made the right choice choosing Meadow Creek Apartments.
Tim gave us a tour of the community and did a great job. Already, he made us feel at home! He’s a genuine, great guy. Tim and Amy answer any questions we have (quickly), and even reach out just to check on us. We applied a couple days after the tour, got accepted, and will be moving in May. Tim even greeted my wife by her name when she dropped off the security deposit, which made us feel like they truly care. We’re so excited and have a feeling it will be a great place to live!
