I have lived here for years now I love some of my neighbors and some I don’t even know I pretty much stay up front and associate with my neighbors in this building. We have some problems up here with some maintenance problems but that’s nothing new. You have done more than the other people that owned these apartments looking forward for more progress.

Sterling & Rick are great! When they're allowed to do the repairs. Victoria & Joe are great, they work with you & try and help in any way. Winterwood is not a good company They dont care we have MOLD and nasty 15 year old carpet or BATS which are federally protected BTW
The maintenance team absolutely refused to respond to any of my work orders and if they were marked complete nothing was ever actually done, when I moved in my thermostat didn’t work, smoke detectors were dead and I had no hot water, the leasing manager at the time and the maintenance team lead told me they would be back within the hour to fix it and then never returned, mind you my furnace didn’t work and it was the dead of winter so I had to take care of all these issues on my own and was never reimbursed for it, the leasi... read more
I’ve lived with meadows for a year, not once in that entire time were any of my maintenance orders completed, if something broke or went wrong I had to fix it myself or it is still broken, the leasing office is so incredibly hard to get ahold of as well that I can’t hardly talk to them.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! BAT INFESTATION, MOLD, OLD PIPES FROM THE 70S, POOR BUILDING STRUCTURE, AWFUL MANAGEMENT, NOTHING GETS FIXED, THEY HALF BUTT DO UP THE APARTMENT BEFOR MOVING PEOPLE IN, WINDOWS AND DOORS IN WINTER LET IN COLD AIR BAD BAD, BAD FLY AND GNAT PROBLEMS, AND THEY ONLY UPDATE ANYTHING UNLESS THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. THESE APARTMENT ARE NOT SAFE.
