Won & staff are absolutely amazing! After many years of trying to get myself back down to a healthy weight, Medi is the only place that kept me accountable and also put me on healthy vitamins and supplements.
Absolutely terrible experience. I was seeing Sterling for 6 months and doing great. he is amazing and the front office is amazing. While he was on vacation I saw Brandy. She was not nice, she berated the office staff in front of patients, asked us as patients to back her up in her complaint. Condescending to patients. Not a positive experience. The program is a realistic program with so many options to help you reach your goals. If you are serious about losing weight and getting healthy this program is so much easier to adhere to because of the choices and combinations , and you are not depriving yourself , you are changing your ideas about what is healthy for you. This program has really reinforced to me what I need to eat to be healthy and if and when I do indulge I don’t need to go overboard but “ just enough” is more than satisfying and keep me healthy
I found the staff to be non responsive. I was given a prescription that requires insurance prior approval - my pharmacy immediately sent the form to be completed by medi weight loss. I have called them 4 times over the past 3 weeks to find out why there is such a delay - I keep getting excuses and promises to get it done. Still nothing.
