Not only do we not love the fact that you can’t go in with the dog but our dog had an appointment almost a month ago and they decided we should put him on a preventative medicine for something. His response after the second day on the medicine was vomiting and as the prescription says we are supposed to call with any serious issues. Three calls were given three weeks ago to whoever the receptionist was by my fiancé who was given the response that the vet would call back and help with the situation. I've waited a week since the passing of my cat to offer up this review in order to collect my thoughts and avoid raging out. I've taken my dog to this practice for 4 years and have been generally satisfied with their availability and expertise. Their prices are definitely on the higher side compared to bills I've looked at from my Mom's vet for her 3 dogs.
