Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient. I was treated with respect and was informed exactly what to expect. All my questions were answered. Pleasant people that truly made me feel at ease. A truly dysfunctional business. They tell me on the phone that my billing address "does not match" their records, even though they mailed their invoice to my correct address. Then they send an updated invoice via email, but when I go through the process of creating an account to pay the invoice online, their system tells me "Could not find your balance." At a total loss as to how to deal with them.
Updating my previous 2-star review as I was eventually able to get on the phone with a nice agent who helped me locate and pay my invoice. It seems clear the automated system has some issues that need to be addressed, so patients can easily pay their invoices online.
Call center is not local, bills being sent to collections with no notice of a bill, being told that is the only way to get a bill is through mail. Can't give the right amounts on what was sent to collections. Instead being reassured we owe nothing. Tells me my child's name is incorrect and says they can't talk to me about it. Joke of a company!
My experience echoes all of these. Work was done and should have been paid out through insurance but insurance kicked it back because these folks submitted the wrong information (name/DOB) on the bill, so now they're trying to bill me separately outside of my insurance. Total scam. I absolutely can't believe EIRMC would use such a terrible vendor.
