This company is terrible to deal with. They claimed to have sent me multiple statements for a pending charge and tried calling and texting which was all incorrect. I never received anything and they forwarded my balance due to a collections agency without me even knowing of the balance owed. I tried to call them when I was notified of the balance do and they just connect you to a call center. If I could give no stars, I would. My experience echoes many of these other reviews. Insurance info was wrong despite getting the info from my hospital (which they have correct) and even when this info provided, the claims were never sent to my insurance company. Sent to collections THE VERY DAY that I called to see why no claims had been sent and to verify insurance info. Told it can take "45 days" for new claim to process. Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient. I was treated with respect and was informed exactly what to expect. All my questions were answered. Pleasant people that truly made me feel at ease. Knowing precisely what my share of the total cost was by breaking down item by item. What a wonderful experience! A truly dysfunctional business. They tell me on the phone that my billing address "does not match" their records, even though they mailed their invoice to my correct address. Then they send an updated invoice via email, but when I go through the process of creating an account to pay the invoice online, their system tells me "Could not find your balance." At a total loss as to how to deal with them.
Call center is not local, bills being sent to collections with no notice of a bill, being told that is the only way to get a bill is through mail. Can't give the right amounts on what was sent to collections. Instead being reassured we owe nothing. Tells me my child's name is incorrect and says they can't talk to me about it. Joke of a company!
