My experience echoes all of these. Work was done and should have been paid out through insurance but insurance kicked it back because these folks submitted the wrong information (name/DOB) on the bill, so now they're trying to bill me separately outside of my insurance. Total scam. I absolutely can't believe EIRMC would use such a terrible vendor. I work have never seen such a dysfunctional billing office. I was turned over to collections for an insignificant amount of money and now have to address credit implications. When I contacted the office to figure out what happened they had someone else's address and phone number linked to my name. Which the hospital they apparently sourced it from having it correct. Unfortunately these people have to be dealt with at certain times in life. The billing dept. is answered by barley English speaking people and then when you try to talk to them you get a deafened ear due to a damn rooster in the background that likely is sitting next to the phone... not that it's a good idea but let it go to collections and have Frost-Arnett call and collect. They are top notch!
DO NOT USE Bills never come, turned over for collection and the collection agency sent us texts, which is considered junk. Tried to tell us that was the new way of doing things. We are taught not to respond to texts on this kind of thing. Horrible billing process. Seems like they are in business with the lawyers that handle the collection, don't bill for months, turn into collection and then send a text to save us money. CRAP BUSINESS
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They turned me into collections for a $70 bill that I never received. I have never missed a bill a day in my life. When I contacted them they had been sending bills to an address I've never had in Pocatello. I contacted Idaho Falls Community Hospital and it shows they provided them with the correct address. They also explained that they were aware of how bad Medical Imaging Associates were, but unfortunately they are the only ones in town. I will be picketing in front of there business soon... read more
