I won free tickets on Twitter. Unlike most businesses, the guy checking us in (William) didn't treat us differently. He treated us like his favorite customers, gave us a great deal and amazing seats. Everything, even the bathroom, was immaculate. I also appreciate something every other establishment I've been to has overlooked: Medieval Times put the handicap stall first. Love the show, the food was wonderful , it was so much fun !
They are amazing. Made our daughter feel so special for her birthday. Staff are truly wonderful. We drove a couple hours just to come to the show. We would do it again. Perfect experience.

I would like to say a huge thank you for how your staff handled an emergency situation today. My mother in law took my 6 year old son and nephew to your show this afternoon. She had to be taken by ambulance. Your staff took my son and nephew and let them see the horses and weapons in the show during this emergency. What could have been an upsetting situation for them, was turned into a fun memory. I am truly grateful for your top notch staff. What amazing character. Thank you!

Have wanted to visit for a long time , finally got the chance last weekend. It was everything I could have wished for and more. Great show, good food and I was given the honor and chose to be the Queen of the Tournament. Awesome experience from start to finish!!!!! Can't wait to visit again.
