Everyone was so nice and kind. The horses are the prettiest I’ve seen. The knights were very interactive with the crowd and attentive to the kids. After show was great to be able to take pics with the queen and the knights. The narrator gentleman was exquisite. Made us feel like we were actually in Medievil Times. Wonder experience every time.

Likes: The box office, gift shop, and photo teams were great. The entire castle seemed clean enough, and the food and services were good. The actors, when they were in the lobby, were very accommodating, but performance of the show itself was alright. It could be better. Dislikes: It was my birthday and I didn't get any cake. On that note, you could give customers a choice other than 'lemon' pound cake, like honey or regular pound cake.
