Friendly staff and were very help when I needed to place my order food my seating. My parents can't really walk up or down stairs and need access to the restrooms. They were able to reserve seats for our party has easy access to the restrooms and never had to touch a step. The best thing we didn't need to make s long line since it was reserved.
