Yesterday we decided last minute to come to medieval times. It was a bit out of our price range, but something we've always wanted to do. The disappointment started when we first walked in. The photographer seemed lost. He took our pictures and despite the fact he seemed confused, we were so happy both children were content and we could get a picture with the princess and the king! Great show and great meal. Fun eating with your fingers for a change. If you love horses, this is the place. Beauty and grace! These wonderful animals put on a demonstration of pure magic. Strength, brains and love. Some of those manoeuvres seemed impossible from these magnificent beasts but we all saw them with our own eyes.
Highlight of my night was the tomato soup � everything else was o.k. Nothing spectacular and it's over price.... just my opinion!
The actors (knights, king, princess etc) are excellent - they commit to showing a great story with the animal handlers & deliver it very well. The horses & falcons are exceptional. If you enjoy Game of Thrones, you’ll love this! The atmosphere, costumes & decor are fantastic. The food is plentiful & tasty - I just wish the parts were served at the same time.
