Called at night for a pick up 10:00 of my mother at the ER they were there in 20 mins. Nice friendly and we are very happy! Thanks for making a bad time much easier!
Drivers have been ausome.Just some confusion with name and pick up times
I went to the Oklahoma Heart Hospital South and when I was done with my appointment I waited over an hour and 40 minutes for the driver to get there. It was freezing cold and I had to sit by the entrance to wait on the ride and the doors would fling open constantly for patients going in and out and it was 23 degrees today and as I sat there frozen waiting for my ride I would call and ask the status of where the driver is and the person would say she would be there any minute which didn't happen. Ridiculous!

Let me say, what a nice way to start the day! ! My driver "Lee" was outside with the car door opened for me, a true gentleman. .... followed by pleasant conversation on the way to my Dr. Appointment. . I should also say I've had nothing but nice and courteous drivers. . Thank You
Tyler picked us up at our address on time and treated my 95 year old mom like royalty and made sure she was comfortable and safe. He’s a very safe driver and after we reached our destination, made sure we were taken care of properly as this was my first time there, gave me his card with instructions to call the number when ready to return home. We were blessed when he was the one who had delivered another patient for an appointment at the same facility and took us back home. He’s such a respectful and caring young gentleman.... read more
When ride arrived, the driver was courteous and attentive to my needs, he was a late, but however was willing to make sure I could been seen, as he waited until I assured him that I could still be seen before he left. Overall I was satisfied and plan on utilizing the services again in the future.
The deiver was very nice and patient because when he arrived, the VA hadn't completely had me ready. Once free of tubing and such, it was a smooth transistion and I am SO glad to be home.
