Such a wonderful ride! So patient and careful! Excellent care & transport!
It was a very good experience
Driver would not listen to my directions to my house but relied on her GPS even after I told her it was wrong. Also, I told her I needed to take the smoother highway because of my bad back but she still took the excruciatingly painful side roads and I had to take a 2nd pain pill even though I just took one about an hour before.
Michael was very nice and helpful. He got us to our appointment on time and was very considerate of my mother's comfort.
Our driver was very courteous and prompt and really careful putting my mom in the van thank you very much.

On the 19, Oct. 2018, I was sent a driver in and unmarked vehicle, he had no I'd to show me, and the questions I was asked wasn't his business, was that my car in my driveway, did I own my home. What type of work I done. Ect. He gave me a number on a scrap paper, with the name united transportation, I was shaken up with the conversation he was trying to get out, of me.
