Clean, sincere, and professional service.
The driver's GPS sent her to a different location and she'd never been to my town before but she called and after some laughter, we got her to my house! Victoria was a total joy to talk to and she still got me to my appointment early! Would definitely recommend Victoria and Medride! Love their GPS tracking and updates, too. Very convenient!

All the drivers, office personnel are great, personable and very polite. I love the app that sends me a text so i can track my driver, i watch it and know exactly when the driver pulls into my driveway, i only wish the app sent a text to me when picking me up at the doctor's office, some Dr's office's don't have a place to sit where we can see them pull up. Kudos to Med Ride service. 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒 That's 5 thumbs up.
