This service appointment was originally scheduled for noon to 4 PM on Wednesday June 4th, 2014. This appointment was made sometime in mid-March, 2014. <br /> Meenan called me about 12:30 or 1 pm on June 4th and asked me if I would mind a change in schedule to June 25, 2014 at the same time. I use them for my heating oil and the service contract on my heater. I have an annual contract with them so the service was just billed into that. There was no extra cost. I like their promptness to respond in times of emergencies and the quality of their work. I have always had positive experiences with them. The only issue that I have would be the cost of the oil seems high. You pay a little extra for the oil when you need to fill it in with that.

After the initial low cost oil delivery, the prices gradualy went up from the general prices in the geographic area. Also, some times, the cost was so high that I questioned if a mistake had been made on the ticket. in both cases, they said an "error" had been made. As 3 other people on the street had this vendor, we compared prices and found that they varied even if the delivery was on the same day (and should have been the same price for the same plan). Recently, their customer service and pricing have both declined (all on-site services and delieveries, however, have been good -- no issues). <br /> I recently had to battle with their customer service group to resolve an issue where I was charged twice for AC servicing. Most recently, I tried to schedule an annual heater tune-up, and the nearest available date for servicing was five months out (I was told I should have scheduled earlier in the season -- as if that is a reasonable response to a five-month scheduling window).... read more
