Non responsive when asked for a price and installation of a new tank. Been customer since the late 70's. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Very expensive new boiler in June turned heat on to take chill off the house and test new unit 1 zone no heat other zone no heat 2nd floor teck didn’t have part will be back Monday Can’t complain about your tecks but the sub-contractor who installed the new boiler left a lot to be desired

Discovered a water problem with my central air unit at 7 PM on a Friday night. They had an employee out to my house the same night before 10 PM. The employee, Jim, explain the problem and the causes so I could avoid the same problem in the future. The problem was corrected and I was a happy camper. With this heat wave I did not want to be without our central air. Jim-THANKS

Don't lie. You have a 2.5 star rating on Google and a 5 star rating on your website. That's hilarious. Usually I trust what google says, but in this case Google got it wrong. This horrible god forsaken company, doesn't deserve 1 star. I mean every word of what I'm saying. And to the employee responsible for reputation management, you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself, "Do I really want to continue spreading tall tales and lies about how great this company is when I know it's a lie?"
My appointment was scheduled for between 8a.m and 12 noon on Saturday. I had not received a confirmation of the appointment so I called the office to check on the appointment. I was informed that it had been changed to 12 noon to 3 p.m. Iwas nof=t happy with this change,but I kept the appointment. I am tired of the lack of communication from this company.
