Dr. Grunander was so amazing. Her bedside manner is excellent and she takes the time to explain everything to her patients. We need more surgeons like her in the world.
Dr. Grunander is an excellent doctor, excellent bedside manner. She really listens, puts you at ease and cares about her patients. I would give her 5 stars plus five more - she's the best of the best. I highly recommend her to anyone without reservation--she knows what she is doing!! My surgery went very well and healed without leaving a big ugly scar--it is impossible to see now--only a top surgeon would be that careful to care about the after surgery appearance. Thank you doctor!
If you need a surgeon, Dr. Grunander is who you want!!!! She is the PRIME example of what a Dr. should be - listens, explains with detail, not rushed or bothered. She even took time out of her busy, surgery day, to see me between patients, to assure me that surgery was healing properly, and what to do about excess fluid. Her nurse Jennifer is -- awesome -- she answers when you call or calls you right back, and gives great advice, for concerns, doesn't brush you off.
After one of Dr. Grunanders surgical team Dr. Dunning operated on 2 major hernias December 22. I told their NP I’m still in tremendous pain and asked to have two masses on my back imaged and possibly removed. They said no, and did not image. I returned to speak to same NP Leigh Jarmin May 2023. And pleaded to image my lower back. She said no, referred me to my Primary care.
