I had a great experience working with Melissa throughout the mortgage process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always responsive whenever I had questions. She was really personable and welcoming. She made the entire experience feel less like a business transaction and more like talking to a friend who genuinely had your best interests in mind. The whole process may seem stressful at times, but Melissa made the process feel much easier and more comfortable. I truly appreciated her guidance and would highly... read more

When I began shopping around for lender, Melissa was at the 4th bank I spoke to, I knew I was sticking with her before we even discussed rates (turns out she ended up getting me the best rate anyway). She broke everything down for me as this was my first time purchasing a home and made this whole process easier than I ever could have imagined. Texting daily updates, always accessible, tirelessly works and truly cares about what she does. She’ll always be my go to.
