Melissa and her team were very helpful and professional
I’m extremely frustrated with my homebuying experience, especially with Brook Hollow Mortgage. The process was driven by Melissa Staller, and I don’t feel I got accurate or reliable service. Melissa made more mistakes than I can count, and I couldn’t rely on her messages. For example, she claimed that my credit score was low because I supposedly maxed out my cards and had a lot of debt. The process was stressful at best and the rep took it personal when I was making assumptions about the process. The rep should consider the client anxiety when answering questions not get defensive.
