DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE !! This place has very bad management. I’ve been waiting to move in here for two months and I was told an apartment would be available the second week of July so I put in my 30 notice for my current apartment. Now on June 22nd they tell me they now won’t have anything available until late August. No one knows who I spoke with our who gave me this information. I even have screenshots of the website saying they will be available July 5th. Just very bad management.

Tried to pull a fast one on me THEY TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE ON ME!!! I was considering moving to this property after my lease was up in August. Two months prior to the end of my lease I had filled out the application, paid the application fee, and paid the holding fee. I had initially signed up for a 1 bedroom standard apartment which was the cheapest apartment you can get at this complex (the others were 1 bedroom deluxe, a 2 bedroom, and a 3 bedroom apartment). It's time for me to move on I have fallen twice on the property and have been injured. The last one I had was a serious injury. I am now looking into senior housing; if something should happen to me, it won't be such a big thing. The location of the property is great and has a lot of neat little shops right near by
DO NOT MOVE HERE! STAY AWAY! When I first moved in, that should have been a sign to leave because I had maggots crawling from my kitchen, but the maintenance guys came within 24 hours. I thought since they came expeditiously, I was ok staying here....why did I do that. Bed bugs, someone almost caught the building on fire and the alarms did not go off in the apartments, men hanging building entrance and I had to buy Pepper Spray for my safety (by the way I am a female), heavy rain and my ceiling and walls near the window in m... read more
