I was a patient of Dr. Thomas W. Mercer DMD for over 27 years (approx. since the age of 5 years). Credit is due to Dr. Mercer for the health and appearance of my smile. My Experience has always been great as far as the dentist and hygentist. The front office staff seem a bit rude do not greet welland just are not warm and friendly, a shame since they are your first point of contact. An issue that needs to be addressed.
