I was a patient of Dr. Thomas W. Mercer DMD for over 27 years (approx. since the age of 5 years). Credit is due to Dr. Mercer for the health and appearance of my smile. As a small boy and well into my early 30's, I looked forward to seeing him! With his warm personality and great chats, you respected him! My Experience has always been great as far as the dentist and hygentist. The front office staff seem a bit rude do not greet welland just are not warm and friendly, a shame since they are your first point of contact. An issue that needs to be addressed.
