Dental cleaning was very pleasant. Dr. Andy really took the time to answer all of my questions. Love this dental office.
I get really anxious in the chair due to a traumatic dental visit over 20 years ago. However, after a few minutes in the chair at Mercer I remind myself I'm in great hands and relax. Even having fillings completed is a walk in the park! Love this office!
We have been in Delaware for less than a month..... My 5 year old had two teeth I thought should be extracted, without any hesitance the doctor did exactly what I had hoped for, almost as if he read my mind.... The office personal were very prompt and professional from the moment we walked through the door, from the paperwork to allowing my son to go into the room and watch TV, which allowed me to better do what I was doing (paperwork, medical history)... I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention my daughter receives at Mercer. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! The updates to the office also look fantastic!! I am so happy that we chose Mercer for my daughter's dental needs!
Despite not knowing me from Adam, when I called Mercer Dental, with what, for me was a near emergency, from the first contact the folks at Mercer were friendly, professional and empathetic. they set up an appointment for me within hours, although the diagnosis that resulted from Dr Sean Mercer's exam was not great news, he delivered it with clarity and warmth, the Dental professionals that assisted him were caring and professional, exhibiting outstanding competence in their treatment and their systems. Appreciate being seen right away with sensitive tooth. Was referred to another doctor who found that it was tooth # 20 that was the problem.
