Moved to DE last year and had to find a new dentist. My husband and I both went to Mercer and Sydell on two different days and both had an excellent experience. Office is beautiful and dentist and hygentists gave awesome care. Both of us will continue to go to them for our dental care. Highly recommend!!
The last thing I needed one week before I moved to NJ was having a crown fall out. I call the dental office at 9:00 in the morning and at 10;00, I was sitting in the dental chair. I was very satisfied with my total appointment. Not only was it completely painless, I am a sissy when it comes to visits to the dentist, but my dentist was thorough and considerate in every respect. The dentist, as well as office staff, were very informative (answered all my questions and explained all the procedures to my level of understanding) and very pleasant.
Going to the dentist is not a task look forward to but going to this dentist makes the task much moree tolerable and allows one to step forward knowing tha your concerns and your care are utmost with the dentist and the staff.
Earlier this week I had an extraction performed. As my dentist said "It couldn't have went any better" and I agree with him! Mercer Dental Services in Milton is top notch. From their modern facilities to their caring staff. I consider myself so fortunate to have such an excellent dental practice nearby.
Strange as my review title may sound it is true. From Robin's friendliness to Janelle's thoroughness as a hygentist, it is always a positive experience. Although I have had few major problems with my teeth, it I did, I would trust my dentist implicitly.
Absolutely wonderful!!!!
