Crown prep was painless and done efficiently. Good experience.
Service was friendly and prompt as usual. Even though I was not scheduled to see the dentist he did come in to look at my broken mouth appliance and give me advice on replacing it. My hygentist was pleasant and helpful in discussing electric When do you get out for summer? And when is Easter break?toothbrushes versus manual. Robin was her usual friendly self and a nice first face to see when I arrive. The whole experience was great!
All the staff are very friendly and all work done on my teeth has been performed in an excellent manner. I would definitely recommend Mercer and Sydell for any dental work.

You guys are terrific - professional, friendly, thorough. The only thing I was confused about was who you were - I thought Lauren was Brandy since she didn't introduce herself (so, sorry Lauren, that I called you Brandy since my husband saw Brandy), and I had to ask Robin if I was seen by Dr. Mercer or Dr. Sydell since Dr. Sydell didn't introduce himself to me. Best cleaning I had in years!
Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the best that I have ever had! She was so thorough that my teeth still feel clean today. The other employees are all friendly and welcoming, and the office is immaculate. I have not been a happy camper at the dentist prior to my two experiences at Mercer and Sydell, but I feel very comfortable with them.
