We shipped our son's car from Cincinnati Ohio to Bozeman Montana and used Mercury Auto Transport. This was the first time I have ever shipped a car, and the experience couldn't have been better! Everyone from Spencer - our agent, to Dima - our driver, was professional and responsive. I received regular updates from Spencer as he was finding the best carrier to meet our time frame, and once Dima was assigned, he texted regularly both before and during transport. I had an excellent experience with Mercury Transport. They shipped my car safely from Illinois to California, found me a great deal, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their team was efficient, trustworthy, and honest, and the driver arrived on time with clear communication. I truly appreciated their professionalism and follow-up with all the details. Excellent communication from Ryan L. Savage and June Carroll via phone/text/email. Great professionalism by Mercury Auto Transport the entire process. The car was delivered by our assigned carrier, Bogdan Kupis, in the exact condition it was shipped. I highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport and Bogdan Kupis!

Shipped a small truck from Northern CA to Central IA with Mercury Auto Transport and had a great first-time experience overall. Jake Horner (agent) stayed in regular contact from booking to delivery, and June Carrol (fulfillment) also checked in. The carrier delivered in 3–4 days as promised. Price was fair, service was reliable, and I’d use Mercury again.

Melissa Dossett was my agent and she was incredible!! I reached out to Mercury Auto Transport about 4-5 weeks in advance, and Melissa was thorough in explaining the process and staying in contact the whole time. She secured a transporter and he picked up my car on the date agreed upon. Everything went smoothly and my car was delivered 3 days later (Vegas to Virginia). Mercury continued to stay in contact until my car was delivered and they truly made this a stress-free experience. Thank you!!!
