I did have to pay a bit more, but the quote was spot on, even with the extra cost they were still cheaper than any other transporter. It took a about a month to contract with a driver (primarily due to COVID-19) but once the driver committed to transporting our vehicle, the process happened quickly and the vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised with no damage or issue.
