They(Jim Gozde) provided excellent service. Constant communication before and after auto was delivered. Very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

RecommendedIt could not have been smoother or better. The driver was polite ,helpful in finding a good spot to load car and delivered it in Texas a day early. The only hangup was getting the signed paperwork to Mercury but that was due to a computer problem on my end. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience with Mercury -- from the initial contact, the prompt follow up and the delivery of my car to my granddaughter. Thanks Mercury.
