RecommendedI had an excellent experience with Mercury Auto transport! Eric Legra went above and beyond what is expected to accommodate me. He responded to emails even on Sunday, his rate was very reasonable ( lower than reliable competitors), was very precise and accurate, excellent communication, very friendly!!! The driver Vasilie was also very good and conscientious. I would definitely recommend Mercury auto transport!
Business response:
Thank You, this review made our day!
RecommendedJoe Kelly at Mercury Auto Transport was my Broker. Joe is the consummate professional in every way with this business. His extreme focus on customer service and communication throughout the process and his attention to detail at every step gave me confidence that my vehicle's transportation was in qualified and vetted hands to ensure quality delivery. Backed up by June Carrol in the Fulfillment department at Mercury, I was well informed and confident that the movement of my vehicle was being handled by genuine professionals ... read more

RecommendedGreat experience transporting our Honda Civic from Florida to Ohio. This was our second experience with Lawrence and June. Both are very attentive to needs and concerns. For this last auto transport, Lawrence Reeves found a driver in less than 24 hours who was also amazing! On-time (early delivery). They are about service! Thank you.

RecommendedI had an excellent experience shipping my car from California to Texas through Mercury Auto Transport. My agent Jake Horner took the time to explain the entire process along with what to expect, and answer my questions. He was very responsive and proactively stayed in communication on a daily basis. I was a little nervous as I had a narrow availability window during which the car could be picked up, but Jake found a carrier who could make that happen. I also appreciate the timely checkins from June Carroll from Mercury’s Ful... read more
