The carrier was not communicating much with me, but Lawrence was able to stay in touch and answered my questions while my car was on route. The car was delivered as promised with no damage from the east to the west coast. The price was average compared to other companies out there, but Lawrence customer service helped me make my decision. He was communicative every step of the way and I felt completely safe knowing my car would be delivered in the same condition it was shipped. Everything was seamless and easy and my car made it from Massachusetts to Texas in 4 days. Moving can be stressful but Mercury made the car shipment so easy. I 100% recommend Jim and this company!
