I used Mercury Auto Company to ship my car recently from El Paso to Los Ángeles. Let me start by saying I didn’t know what I was doing this was my first time moving out in general and when I had put my cars info online to get quotes I was I overwhelmed with emails and calls from different people. My Car arrived in good shape and earlier than expected. The shipper took two days from the west coast to east Texas. I am glad I didn’t know that. That would have made me nervous. They had to have driven non-stop. But there were two of them. Also, I was adequately warned that the cost might go up from the original quote. But I was disappointed that it went up nearly 30%. Kris and team were great to work with. There were daily check-ins about the status of my carrier pick up and everyone was super responsive. When we hit a snag with the company picking my car up, they were on top of it and got the problem solved! My car arrived to my new home safe and sound within the specified date. Would definitely recommend!

My first experience with auto transporting was made effortless and stress-free by Charlie Sleeves at Mercury. I requested pick up and drop off dates from Cape Cod to Orlando and both dates were met with daily updates. Both he and Carlos, carrier driver, were professional and courteous. Although we hit a snag at my end, they were very accommodating and solved my issue. I would highly recommend giving Charlie a call if you need his service.
