RecommendedNever having shipped a vehicle I had no idea what to expect. When I got Paul Martin with Mercury Group I was surprised how personal the operation went. Paul was so helpful to the point of helping me with the filling out everything on line “stuff”. Then June and her”fulfillment crew” were so helpful and patient with me. And then the shipment: The driver was on time for pickup, very efficient and careful, called me upon arrival (two days before I expected him) and set up meeting. RecommendedMercury (Jason Ladd) did exactly what they promised, when they promised. They communicated clearly and often, and were very helpful in presenting me (first time) with Auto Transport 101. The crew which did the transport were prompt and professional. Car arrived in Texas from Michigan the next day in perfect order.
