Excellent preview and explanations of apt. and community - staff proficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Obviously, after quarantine is over the experience here will be more normal. So far everything is good.

The staff was very polite and professional. The attention to the residents was outstanding (wait staff talk to the patrons and used their first name). The apartment that we were shown has all the necessary amenities needed to a comfortable home. [Name removed] was very patient and knowledgeable and showed great concern for our needs.

I loved that there was flexible dining. That way my father could eat at the time of day he wants. There seem to be plenty of activities. I think he would get the care he needs. I believe he would come to love living here after he got over the fact that he could no longer live in his home.

Staff have tried to the best of their ability to give us different activities, I appreciate happy hour for meeting new friends. [Name removed] (food service director) tires to make sure those who have dietary needs are met. My one concern is our transportation needs at this location it is difficult to get to various stores without Meridian's bus or some have their own cars or family to help.
