I really dislike anytime I have to drive on Merivale rd. Probably worst rd in Ottawa. I try to stay away as much as I can from that area. Mall is mediocre but it has a good pool hall a great sport check and a farm boy. I don't understand the "hooplah" about Marshalls just another overrated Winners .
Google piss off.
If you're looking for a leisure mall then this is your spot. But for a serious shopper myself, this place really needs to get better stores. The only places acceptable are Marshalls (when in good stock) and sports check, if that's the stuff youre looking for. Otherwise this location has not much to offer except food and a gym.
My shopping bag was stolen from the men's washroom in a matter of 10 minutes on a Sunday when there were almost no customers. I can bet that no more than 3-5 people went into the washroom by the time I came back looking for it. Probably every 1 in 2 men/boy who use the washroom there is a thief.
Very disappointed in the mall kicking out the smoke shop where I bought all my glass. The world is changing and weed is all ready set in stone to be legal. I enjoyed talking to the older gentleman and taking his advice on pieces to try. 20 years in the mall and they kick them about because a big American business doesn't like our Canadian culture.
