It's nice to have access to these retailers at a mall, especially in winter when you don't want to walk outside between shops or, worse, have to drive a few hundred meters and park again. The non-chain shoppes are limited but there's a small jeweler, a tailor, and a fan-geek store. Like most of Ottawa, the parking lot is awkward and was clearly designed by someone who didn't know how a car works...
