Do Not Hire - IF YOU DO... DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING I definitely would not recommend this law firm. I went to them twice. The first time I thought I got exactly what I wanted in my custody battle. Find out 6 years later that the first lawyer from this firm screwed up the language and gave me incorrect information. Now I owe money from that situation. WARNING- DO NOT HIRE TO HANDLE YOUR DIVORCE! As if a divorce is not painful enough, discovering the legal team that you have hired is incompetent makes it an unbearable process. Going into the process, I thought I hired the right team for their experience & reputation (great marketing) only to discover error after error after error! so disappointed Very disappointed with my experience here. was quoted a price then was billed for way more than than way before my paperwork was even filed.Lots of errors in their work and extream difficulty getting emails andphone calls returned.
David Beaudry the "I Dont' Care" attorney I say that because HE said that TWICE to me on 2 separate occasions. My fairly simple divorce has turned into a nightmare. it has spun completely out of control due lack of interest and poor representation. My fees he has charged have doubled since the mediation signed because of his inability to provide a signed settlement agreement.
