It was a fantastic experience. The sales team and installers were very professional. Overall it was a very good service and experience.
Customer service was a class act! Randy is great. I called him for a question and he showed up at my door to take care of it! Other people in my neighborhood who got different water softeners and then they came to me to find out who I used!
I have had this system for 10 years! Randy has been there for a long time because of the product. They system doesn't function with electricity...it works mechanically. No interruption in service. They custom build for your needs.
Service Appointment time was scheduled for between 10 and 1; No one showed up between that time; Had to call to get an estimated time of arrival. Technician called, said he would be at house at approximately 2:45. Repaired brine line.
