The entire team was so wonderful to our little guy (11 months) for his first ever dental appointment!! Dr. Morris and his team are just great and we LOVE coming to the dentist!! Getting a tooth filled is not my idea of a good time. I don't know anyone who enjoys it. Today I had a really nice experience. I did not feel the needle going into my gum AT ALL. I do not know how the good doctor did it, but holy smokes, he kept giving me encouraging phrases, "you're doing great!" Etc, but I hadn't realized he started. I swear I'm not making that up. I had my dental cleaning with Virginia, and she was pleasant and thorough. I trust her work and that of Dr. Morris. As always I am pleased with the quality professional care provided by Dr. Morris and the Merrimack Smiles staff.
I'm not normally a fan of the dentist but Merrimack Smiles has been great for our family in terms of quality of care. The office staff are always nice as well.
I was here for an X ray and a cleaning. The cleaning and x ray were explained completely before they started doing these tasks. The x ray showed that I had a problem with one of my teeth, they explained the problem and the possible corrective action and they gave me the choice of which one I wanted, Thanks
