As I sit here at work, with my new dentures in feeling like a new woman, I just want to take another opportunity to THANK YOU for the caring, compassionate service that you afforded to me! It is always a pleasure to go to Merrimack Smiles! I always feel like family when I walk in the door. All of the staff are wonderful. I love seeing Linda. It is always about more than just my teeth....she has the biggest heart & truly cares and makes sure to be thorough with my medical history, which is forever changing. I am very pleased with Dr. Morris work. He did just as he said he would and I am smiling!
I was made to feel very comfortable during my initial visit. A co-worker had recommended these folks to me, and I am very glad that he did. Due to a high fear level of dentists, I was very nervous, however, the ENTIRE staff, from the first phone call on, were extremely professional and kind to me. Thank you very much, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit!!!
Everyone in the office is great and very kind. Dr. Morris does a very good job of easing any fears and is virtually pain-free.
It was a fun visit, good chitchat and soft music made the cleaning easier. I had a few questions which were well answered. I was given products and coupons for products to improve the health of my teeth. All around great visit!
Agreeing to see me on a saturday in an emergency was fantastic. I have been a patient of Dr Couret's for 45 years and he has always done the best for me. I appreciate his work.
