I had psoriasis very bad on my hands and feet had to keep them covered all the time it was painful to walk and washing hurt a lot I started using the psorisis tablets along with the skin detox and my hands snd feet were cleared up in a month hasn’t come back to bad but I go tiniest to use them as I need to now
