Business response:
Thank you for the 5 stars, Eric! We're looking forward to your next visit!
Great pork chop and mahi mahi entrees! Unfortunately, the service was spotty - it took a long time to get a cocktail, the server introduced himself twice, and he forgot (or didn't see on the reservation) that it was a birthday celebration. One food item was seriously overcooked, but it was remedied without debate. An "I'm sorry" or checking back after delivery of the substitute dish would have been nice.
Business response:
Thank you for the 4 stars, Mark! We're sorry to hear that service was not up to your expectations, but we thank you kindly for bringing it to our attention. We hope to improve on your next visit.
