Fine with the exception of the hot brown one member of the group ordered. Having a previous bad experience with the same entree I advised against his choice and I turned out to be correct. The food has a tendency to be inconsistent. It is a very convenient restaurant with excellent service. I hope it improves.

We have visited Mesh many times and it continues to be a favorite restaurant. We are especially fond of the Sunday Brunch and the outdoor patio eating area. This visit however, was a bit disappointing. We both ordered salads, mine as a main dish and my husbands as a starter, and both were drenched in the dressing. The flavor of the fresh greens was lost because all we could taste was the dressing. This also created a soggy texture to the lettuces. We'll be back but probably will not order another salad.

On the whole we really enjoyed the experience. There were two weak points. First, we asked the server if there were any specials and he omitted telling us about the entree special. We only heard when another waiter told another table and it was after we ordered. Secondly, the halibut was overcooked and dry.
