We were celebrating my daughter's 25th birthday so we started with Sangria in the bar and a bottle of wine in the dining room. We were seated at a beautiful table by the fireplace in the dining room. We chose the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which is similar to spinach artichoke dip, only made with Brussels sprouts, bacon and gruyere. Served with crostini, we savored every bite.
